STUFFED CHICKEN VALENTINO – Chicken breast stuffed with roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes’ and mozzarella cheese baked to perfection topped with a creamy white wine sauce, served with rice and vegetables.
GRILLED ATLANTIC SALMON Fresh salmon grilled to perfection and topped with mango salsa, Served with coconut rice, and vegetables.
RIB EYE ‘ Surf & Turf “ – Rib eye Steak (8oz)) lightly seasoned and grilled topped with a prawn & scallop skewer, served with mashed potato & vegetable’s.
ITALIAN SAUSAGE, CHICKEN & ASPARAGUS RISSOTO – Arborio rice with Italian sausage, chicken, onions and asparagus cooked on a dry white wine & cream sauce.
MEDITERANEAN PENNE – zucchini, roasted red peppers, sundried tomatoes on herbed olive oil & garlic pesto sauce topped with feta cheese and black olives served with garlic bread.
LINGUINI DI MARé – Tiger shrimps, scallops, and mussels tossed in a tomato herbed cream sauce and served over linguini and served with garlic bread.
